MALMAISON LIVERPOOL PUBLIC AREA’S

Malmaison Hotel situated on Princes Dock, at the edge of Liverpool City Centre. The project focused on revamping the hotel’s public areas. The primary objective of the project was to update the existing areas and create an uplifting atmosphere while maintaining a clear distinction between the restaurant and the bar.

This was achieved this by incorporating various design elements that opened up the spaces while preserving their individual identities. DAKOTA enhanced the flow with curved seating guiding guests through to the bar.

A custom colour scheme of warm brass tones, subtle greys, highlights of green and red, uplifted with monochrome patterned fabrics.

To enhance the dining experience drapes section off the restaurant area creating an intimate atmosphere. Cosy curved booth seating with plush velvets, high level illuminated rafts are suspended above the illuminated artworks.
