The client’s vision was to create stylish, inspirational, vibrant luxury care homes and retirement villages with bespoke personal interiors. DAKOTA were briefed to create schemes which were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The design team worked closely with the client to develop the concept and evolution of the interiors to ensure the design was bespoke with a boutique aspirational style.

Focusing on the principal rooms; this understated luxury apartment sympathetically mixed textured fabrics with patterned metal finishes and rich timbers to create a sophisticated modern aesthetic with a slightly masculine edge.

Charged with creating a timeless, sophisticated interior aesthetic; the complete redesign of this central London residence achieved a luxurious elegance by balancing a rich neutral palette of warm timbers and ‘sculptured’ materials with naturally lit spaces and sumptuous fabrics.
