DAKOTA transformed the Bistro within Hotel Du Vin giving it a new lease of life, which reflected the buildings nautical heritage along with the rich culture that surrounds it, of the Newcastle Quayside.

All the while still retaining the classic French bistro atmospheric environment that Hotel Du Vin is renowned for. The key was to move the design forward whilst still protecting its individual identity.

The restaurant is filled with natural daylight, reclaimed dark-stained timber floorboards, renewed fireplaces, art and gentle lighting.
